Why does the app ask for my fingerprint again?

- This is normal. After the app has been in the background for a short while, it locks to keep your organisation's records safe.
- Touch the fingerprint sensor to carry on where you were.
- If the fingerprint fails, sign in again with your mobile number and a new code from your manager. Work saved on the phone is kept.
