Reporting to your city
When you report an open dump or a missed collection, the app can open a ready-to-send WhatsApp message to your city's official channel. Today that works in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Bhubaneswar and Surat. You send the message yourself; the app doesn't send it for you and can't see the reply. Elsewhere, your report is still saved, with its photo and location, so you can pass it on yourself.
