Who can see what
- Your phone number is never shown on the Neighbours board unless you agree to share it with a specific person.
- The My Area ward scorecard shows building-level figures only, never individual flats.
- Reports you file keep your photo and location so they can be passed to the right authority.
Impact reporting
Taking part in area-level impact reporting is optional. If you opt in, your activity is counted only in combined totals and you are never named. You can change this at any time under Impact reporting in the Me tab.
Notifications
Turn off anything you don't want under Notification settings in the Me tab.
Families and young people
A household can link its members under Family, so its footprint can be seen together. Under-13s need a parent to create their account, and 13 to 17 year olds need a parent or guardian to approve theirs.
Deleting your account
Delete my account is at the bottom of the Me tab. Your personal details are removed within 48 hours. Anonymised records of reports are kept for area statistics.
