These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of EarthReheal WasteLedger and the EarthReheal App (together, the “Service”), operated by EarthReheal (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is available to individuals and organisations able to form a binding contract under applicable law. Some student-facing features are designed for use by minors through their school or guardian’s arrangement with us — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle that. A parent, guardian, or school representative is responsible for a minor’s use of student features.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at help@earthreheal.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
EarthReheal WasteLedger helps organisations capture evidence, track waste handling, and manage compliance obligations. The EarthReheal App lets individuals organise cleanup drives, sell recyclables to listed buyers, track environmental impact, and (for students) complete missions and learning games. Features, availability, and the buyers/recyclers listed near you vary by location and may change over time.
When you sell recyclables through the Service, you are entering into that transaction with the listed waste handler or buyer, not with EarthReheal directly — we provide the platform that connects and records the transaction, including any scheduling, handover confirmation, and evidence.
Coins, credits, or balances shown in your Green Bank reflect activity recorded on the platform and are redeemable as described in-app. We take reasonable steps to prevent fraud (e.g. single-use handover tokens, verified evidence tiers) and may reverse or withhold a credit we determine, in good faith, to be fraudulent, erroneous, or the result of misuse.
Photos, evidence, and other content you submit remain yours, but you grant us a licence to use, store, and process it as needed to operate the Service — for example, to verify a sale, generate a compliance report, or (only with your separate consent) contribute anonymised evidence to pooled carbon-credit calculations. You confirm you have the right to submit the content you upload and that it is accurate.

Rule summaries, compliance checklists, and guidance shown in the Service are EarthReheal’s own interpretation to help you understand common obligations — they are not legal advice, and rules vary by state and organisation type. Always confirm applicable requirements against the official rule text and your regulator, especially before relying on the Service ahead of an inspection or audit.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EarthReheal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including disputes with a waste handler or buyer you transact with, or reliance on compliance guidance without independent verification. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud, or poses a risk to other users or the platform, with notice where reasonably practicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Where you use the Service from another country, local consumer-protection law that cannot be contracted away will still apply to the extent required.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page before they take effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
