GreenLedger.
The waste chain, finally managed.
India's first end-to-end Waste Supply Chain Management platform β enterprise-grade ERP built exclusively for solid waste. Every generator, collector, processor, and disposal site connected in one verifiable chain. GPS-tagged, AI-scored, tamper-proof. From the field. Not from a form filled in an office.
Just as ERP systems track goods from supplier to customer, GreenLedger tracks every kilogram of waste to a verified terminal outcome β with bilateral confirmation on-platform, evidence-backed attestation off-platform, and auto-generated regulatory filings as the output.

Why We Started Here
Waste is not just a waste problem.
It is the source of every other one.
When EarthReheal mapped India's environmental crises, we looked for the one where a technology platform could have the fastest, most measurable, most scalable impact. The one where the evidence trail already existed in the daily activity of thousands of workers. The one where a single solved tonne cascades healing into soil, water, and air simultaneously.
That problem was waste. Solid waste is unique among environmental crises because it is simultaneously the cause of soil contamination (through leachate), water contamination (through runoff and percolation), and air contamination (through burning and methane generation).
It is also uniquely tractable β unlike ocean acidification or glacier melt, waste generation and diversion can be measured, monitored, and evidenced at the individual transaction level, in real time, using technology that already exists.
The evidence infrastructure to do this β GPS, AI image analysis, biometric authentication, cryptographic hashing β is available, affordable, and deployable at scale. What was missing was not the technology. It was the application layer that brought these tools together into a workflow that field workers could use in 60 seconds per event, generating audit-proof documentation as a byproduct.
GreenLedger is that application layer.
How It Works β The Supply Chain View
Every kilogram accounted.
Every exit attested.
Enterprise ERP tracks goods from supplier to customer. GreenLedger tracks waste from generator to verified terminal outcome β compost, authorised recovery, or confirmed disposal β with confidence-weighted proof.
Every other compliance tool asks someone to fill a form. GreenLedger generates evidence automatically as a byproduct of work that is already happening.
Source Capture β like a Goods Receipt
ERP parallel: Goods Receipt NoteDriver collects waste, intake operator logs a vehicle arrival, or a generator submits a handover request. Biometric, camera, GPS, and server-timestamp fire simultaneously β creating an immutable goods-receipt equivalent for every kilogram of waste. No backdating. No manipulation.
Quality Inspection β like a GRN Quality Check
ERP parallel: Quality Inspection / GRN ApprovalEvery waste photo is analysed on-device by AI before the driver can see the result. Contamination score, quality grade, and SHA-256 hash assigned within 30 seconds β equivalent to an automated quality gate in a goods receipt workflow. Reject or approve. Record is permanent.
Chain of Custody β like a Bill of Lading
ERP parallel: Delivery Confirmation / Bill of LadingEvery handover between nodes creates a bilateral verified record when both parties are on GreenLedger. When a downstream buyer is not on the platform, the handler attests the exit with challan, invoice, or authority registration β the journey still closes at verified terminal disposition (compost, authorised recovery, or confirmed landfill).
Regulatory Output β like a Statutory Closing
ERP parallel: Period-End Close / Statutory FilingSwachh Bharat returns, PCB quarterly reports, carbon MRV baselines, EPR statements, BRSR Section 6C disclosures β all auto-generated from the evidence in steps 1β3. Carbon credit registry issuance is a possible outcome of strong MRV data, not a guaranteed output.
The ERP Positioning
Think ERP for goods.
GreenLedger for waste.
Supply chain ERP systems track goods from supplier to customer with purchase orders, goods receipts, quality inspections, and statutory filings. GreenLedger does exactly the same for every kilogram of waste, across every type of organisation that generates, collects, processes, or disposes of it.
Six ERP-Grade Capabilities
Enterprise infrastructure. Waste domain.
Multi-Entity, Multi-Tenant
One platform spans 14+ org types β RWA, Hotel, Hospital, MRC, Landfill, Corporate. Like an ERP that handles every division of a conglomerate from a single instance.
End-to-End Chain of Custody
Every kilogram tracked from the generator who produced it to a verified terminal outcome β compost, authorised recovery, or confirmed disposal. On-platform hops use bilateral confirmation; off-platform exits use evidence-backed attestation.
Master Data Management
196 entities β vendors, vehicles, generators, facilities, routes, materials β managed with the same rigour as an ERP master data layer. No spreadsheets. No duplicates.
Statutory Filing Engine
Swachh Bharat returns, CPCB reports, PCB filings, EPR statements, BRSR Section 6C, carbon MRV baselines β generated from transaction data. Registry-ready credit issuance is possible with sufficient evidence; it is never automatic or guaranteed.
AI-Powered Quality Layer
Every waste event gets an AI quality score, SHA-256 hash, and GPS stamp before it enters the ledger. The ERP equivalent of automated GRN quality inspection at the dock.
Real-Time Analytics & Benchmarking
Compliance dashboards, diversion rates, carbon footprint, peer benchmarking, grant eligibility scores β the BI layer that turns waste operations data into board-level insight.
"GreenLedger is supply chain management for waste β the same traceability, bilateral confirmations where on-platform, attested exits where not."
Every tonne accounted. Every terminal exit attested. Every filing auto-generated.
The Financial Case
Doing the right thing
should also be the rational thing.
GreenLedger is not just a compliance platform. It is a revenue-generation platform. The evidence it generates as a byproduct of daily operations is the same evidence required to unlock real financial value.
Carbon Credits
Every tonne of organic waste composted instead of landfilled avoids 0.5β0.8 tCOβe of methane generation. At current voluntary carbon market prices of βΉ1,000β4,000 per tCOβe, a mid-sized MRC processing 50 tonnes per day generates βΉ25β80 lakh annually in verifiable carbon value. GreenLedger generates the baseline, monitoring data, and MRV documentation β automatically.
Swachh Bharat Grants
The highest-ranked cities in the Swachh Survekshan receive βΉ5β25 crore in additional infrastructure grants. Rankings are based on digital evidence β GPS-verified collection coverage, processing data, and citizen feedback. GreenLedger generates all three.
EPR Credits
Extended Producer Responsibility mandates that waste processors receive EPR credits for verified collection and channelisation. A MRC handling multiple categories of dry waste accrues EPR credits from multiple producer responsibility organisations simultaneously. GreenLedger tracks, generates, and submits the documentation for all.
Smart City + AMRUT Funding
Smart City and AMRUT 2.0 funding disbursement is tied to demonstrable digital governance metrics. Municipalities using GreenLedger are already in the reporting infrastructure these programmes require. Grant applications that took months now take hours.
BRSR Compliance Value
SEBI's BRSR framework requires India's top 1,000 listed companies to disclose waste management data from their premises. GreenLedger-deployed RWAs, IT parks, hospitals, and malls generate this data automatically β turning a compliance burden into an annual report asset.
Fine Avoidance = Direct Return
An RWA paying βΉ5,000/day in SWM non-compliance fines avoids βΉ18 lakh per year. A hospital avoiding βΉ1 lakh/day in BMW violation penalties avoids βΉ3.65 crore per year. GreenLedger's annual subscription cost is a fraction of the fine exposure it eliminates.

The waste chain is invisible today.
It does not have to be.
Every tonne of waste that leaves a facility without evidence is a tonne of environmental liability unaccounted for. Every tonne that leaves with a GPS tag, an AI score, and a bilateral custody confirmation is a tonne converted into an asset. GreenLedger makes the second option the default.
